Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Makes 2 portions
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
2 teaspoons cinnamon
¼ cup maple syrup
½ cup greek yogurt
½ cup milk
1 Honeycrisp apple
For added health benefits:
Add 1 scoop of protein powder or replace ½ milk with ½ cup of protein drink.
Instructions
Divide the oats, cinnamon, maple syrup, yogurt, and milk evenly between two mason jars.
Stir each jar until all ingredients are well combined, then cover with a lid.
Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, slice or dice the Honeycrisp apple and add it to the jar before serving.
