Apple Crisp Inspired Nachos

Apple nachos are a fun healthy twist on traditional nachos — made with fresh apple slices and can be customized to your taste. Arrange on a plate and top with sweet, tasty ingredients like peanut butter, granola, chocolate or caramel drizzle, or even candy pieces.
Ingredients
Base
2-3 Honeycrisp apples thinly sliced
Crisp Topping
½ cup rolled oats
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 Tablespoon melted butter
½ Teaspoon cinnamon
Drizzle + Extras
Caramel sauce
Whip cream
Instructions
Make the “crisp” topping
Mix oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, melted butter
Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees until golden and slightly crunchy. Let cool.
Slice apples thinly and arrange on a plate.
Assemble.
Sprinkle the crisp topping over the apples.
Drizzle with caramel sauce
Add whipped cream.
Serve immediately or apples may brown.
